Apartment Rental Policies

Check-in time – 03:00 PM
Check-out time – 11:00 AM otherwise an additional charge may apply.
Late check out and early check-in is available.
One month rent is due on the day of arrival.

Deposits & Cancellation Policy
A $500 deposit is due to reserve your apartment. We will call you after you make your online reservation to confirm your stay and process the deposit.
We require a 14 working day notice for cancellations without penalty.
Any cancellation after that will be subject to one month rent charge on the credit card provided.
Pet Policy
The Walton Residence is one of the very few locations in Chicago that accepts Pets However, we ask you to carefully review the following pet policy.
- Guests bringing a pet must be willing to register the pet upon check in.
- Owners are responsible for their pet’s behavior.
- A non-refundable pet fee of $250.00 is added to all pet rooms per stay.
- Pet owners agree not to leave their pet unattended at any time during their stay at The Walton Residence.
- Pets must always be on a leash or in a cage while they are in any public or common place within the residence.
- Cleaning service will be provided only if the pet is in a cage during service.
- Pet owner will be fully responsible for any injuries to the hotel employee or other hotel guest caused by their pets.
- Pet owners must pick up after their pets or a $250.00 clean up fee will be added to their room account.
- Pet owner will be responsible for the repair or replacement of any items stained or damaged by their pets.
- Guests who choose not to register their pet will be charged up to $500.00 cleaning fee.
Private Dining
Room service for Lunch and Dinner as well as small parties may be arranged through Pane Caldo Restaurant. Please call Pane Caldo directly at (312) 649-0055.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted in 70 E Walton apartments.
Housekeeping & Laundry
One cleaning per week is provided free of charge. Additional cleaning available at extra cost. We will be delighted to provide any other amenity if we can.
Washers and Dryers are located in each apartment.
Walton Cleaners and Tailors will gladly assist you with your dry cleaning, tailoring and shoe repair needs. They are located at 100 E. Walton, (next building to the east) and can be reached by phone at (312) 337-4268.
Parking
Next door valet parking available monthly or daily.
Daily rate is $30 and monthly rate is $280 with in and out privileges.

Air Controls
The controls for the Heating and A/C unit are located in each suite. The temperature is pre-selected but it can be adjsted as needed by using the up or down button. If you are having difficulty with your air controls please contact the reception desk and we will promptly send a member of our team to assist you.
Valuables
The Walton Residence is not responsible for valuables left in guest rooms or elsewhere in the property. May we also advise you not to leave valuables in your cars as The Walton Residence is not liable for losses from, or damage to, vehicles in the parking.
